Almost all CAD formats can be imported into our native CAD system (Solid Edge, powered by UGS) for translation to shop floor documents, routing and structure to bring your product to realization.
Our in-house tool room and tool building staff bring experience from many backgrounds, equipping us to create innovative methods to manufacture the end products you have. With licensed Tool & Die, General Machinist, Automotive Mechanic, and Fitter/Welder journeymen on staff, our ability to produce effective stamping tools, form dies, machine tool and weld fixtures make John G. John G. Wilson Machine Ltd. has a Quality Management System in place that is capable of providing any customer supplier requests for APQP, FMEA, PPAP and SPC data. We use electronic monitoring and barcode technology to scan and trace all manufacturing components for traceability. Our Quality Inspection Team and their supporting department offer CMM capabilities in addition to all other measurement, pull, gap, thickness gauges.
